A comprehensive initial kinesiology session that incorporates in-depth discussion, assessment and corrections of energy, body function and associated imbalances/stress (physical, mental, emotional, hormonal, energetic) related to the specific issue or goal that you are wanting to work with. We focus on identifying your key stress imbalances, calming your nervous system and stress response patterns (aka fight, flight, freeze), balancing hormonal, emotional, mental and physical stress and your energetic fields (meridians and chakras).
